Guidelines:
1) Wondering if you fit? Our only requirement for linking up is that your blog is NOT a mommy blog. We welcome crafting blogs, food blogs, writing blogs, random/anything goes blogs. We will be monitoring this page often to ensure our linkup guidelines are being followed. Blogs that do not follow the guidelines will be deleted.
2) If you do link up, grab the button below and add it to your blog sidebar. This will be monitored as well.
3) The purpose of this directory is to bring together like-minded blogs and people, so don't just link up and run. Visit some of the great blogs in this community, and, if you like what you see, leave them some comment love.
4) Hit and run comments are a no-no. This community is about connecting with other bloggers NOT increasing your follower count. Be sure to leave thoughtful and respectful comments when you visit a blog you like.
5) Trolling and flaming are no-nos. Remember the Golden Rule when visiting We're Not Mommy Blogs. If a blog or post isn't your cup of tea, move along.
Now that you're all linked up, don't forget to button up by grabbing the button below and adding it to your sidebar.
Is it ok with a link instead of the button? Just added my other blog where I don't want too much stuff on the sidebar.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. I don't see a problem with that at all.
ReplyDeleteI was checking out all the blogs that have been added and just realized I had linked to a post and not the main page of my blog. I'm a little new at this. :P
ReplyDeleteCould you change it for me? My blog is "the drafty doublewide."
Thanks!
Hi, Kathy! No problem; we've got it changed for you. Thanks for linking up!
DeleteIs it ok if I add it on my "Awards & Promises" Page. (Solely devoted to community buttons, awards, and promise buttons? I don't like having too much stuff on the home page either. I hope it's ok!
ReplyDeleteGroovy! I'm linking up my WAHM blog (I hope that fits, it's kind of in the "craft category"). Trying to get back into the groove of posting on it again.
ReplyDeleteI linked up with you. I put the button on my sidebar, but if it's okay, I may move it to my Pieces of Flair page.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea! I have finally found a place where I fit!
ReplyDeleteThere are truly a lot of mommy blogs. I'm not a mom, but I AM a dad, and I'm finding very few personal blogs written by men (especially Black men, like myself). My blog is varied with a lot of random postings. Do I count?
